Kim is a Cloud First, RPA First and enterprise first platform incorporating adaptive technology that automates business solutioning through AI enabled RPA. Using a web browser, subject matter experts (paralegal, lawyer, HR expert, analyst, domain expert) with Kim enter their business knowledge and Kim responds with responsive solutions to end users. Kim's digital transformation ecosystem applies assimilation and automatically provides the same solutions as development teams by adapting Kim's integrated subsystems to SME knowledge. Kim automatically incorporates cognitive, integration, workflow, document, content, case management and other subsystems into a single unified platform by applying model-based and case-based reasoning automatically from SME knowledge mapping and actuating the RPA with deep neural nets that materialize those business solutions.
Richard's previous roles include Aflac Enterprise Architect, IBM senior developer in national Microsoft practice and officer level technical positions. Over the years Richard has produced six configurable SaaS/PaaS platforms. Richard is active in Azure, .NET, C#, Enterprise Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Neural Network and other development communities.
