Aaron is a Vice President in the Corporate Development team at Yahoo! where he co-leads the company’s M&A efforts and focuses on Search and Communications. Aaron has led several important transactions at Yahoo! including its recent acquisitions of Xobni and Lexity. Prior to Yahoo!, Aaron was a Principal in the Corporate Development team at Google where he led acquisitions and investments across a variety of the company’s initiatives. Aaron led several important transactions at Google including its acquisitions of RightsFlow, Next New Networks, fflick, SageTV, and eBook Technologies as well as its divestiture of SketchUp. He also had responsibility for Google’s Corporate Development activities in APAC. Before Google, Aaron was a Director in the Corporate Development team at NAVTEQ where he worked closely with the company’s executives to identify and execute strategic acquisitions and investments. Previously, Aaron was a member of the corporate finance team at Credit Suisse where he served a variety of clients in the industrials and services spaces, as well as Friedman, Billings, Ramsey where he focused on private placements for early stage companies. Aaron received his BS in Economics from George Washington University and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
