Workflo!Log Analyzer Virtual Server The Domino Server logs all the web hits on the server to one log file. But if you have virtual servers set up on your Domino Server, you probably want to log the hits on each virtual server to a separate place. That way, you can keep track of each virtual server individually. You may also want to let certain users see the log for one virtual server, but not all of them. It is for this reason that we created a special edition of the Log Analyzer designed specifically for virtual servers: the Workflo!Log Analyzer VS. The Workflo!Log Analyzer VS provides all the features of the standard Workflo!Log Analyzer. In addition, it can separate hits into different databases depending on the address used to hit the server. Workflo!Approval v3.1 Requires Notes R5.0 or higher. Our latest version of Workflo!Approval builds on the power and flexibility of version 2, adding much more control!. You can write @Formulas to control many of the processes without having to use the Design Client . For example, after a document has been Approved you can write a formula to determine if an additional approval process is needed and what that process would be. You can select approvers, readers and editors out of multiple public address books, even large ones, right from a browser. It also includes support for remote users to approve documents while disconnected. Version 3.0 a very powerful Approver Automation feature. This allows you to set up conditions for each user under which an action is automatically taken on their behalf. This could be anything from automatically approving or denying a certain type of request, to delegating approval to other users while you are on vacation. To make creating these conditions easier for the non-programmer, we have provided a Formula Builder tool that allows users to write their own formulas by simply filling in the blanks in a plain text rendition of an @Formula. The demo contains all the design elements required to add an approval process to any database. It will allow you to use it for 30 days using up to 3 approvers at a time. The full version allows an unlimited number of approvers.
